Little Greek-Richardson

Mediterranean restaurant, LITTLE GREEK, had an underwhelming appeal until I had one bite of their Tilapia and rice.

I wasn't in a food mood but the indulgence of the fish and rice reeled me in and left sparks on my tongue. I've had Tilapia from several restaurants but this has to be on my top 5 list of well prepared fish.

Along with my meal included a plate of fresh pita bread. It was the most soft and delicate pita bread I have tasted. The hummus was good. It had a different texture and taste but it was enjoyable. I cook a lot and the pita bread had me wanting to take Mediterranean cooking classes to learn how to make Mediterranean breads.

If you asked me if I would return, the answer would be, Yes but I would give this restaurant an overall rating of 7.8  based on food, location, plating, and service.

Although the main course was great the plating could have been better. The rice kept getting in my salad and I couldn't enjoy it. The only thing I would suggest is that they separate the salad and bring it out prior to eating the main meal and my rating would increase to 8.7.
